How does penile fracture happen?
It happens during vaginal s3x when you’re thrusting and instead of penetrating the normal location (penetration spot) you're thrusting in the wrong location and hitting a solid structure such as perineum.
This condition can happen during all types of s3x positions. However for the people who have suffered from it, it is usually from a s3x position know as "inverted missionary", a regular vaginal s3x where the woman is on top of the man. Just to add that generally the safest s3x position is missionary, vaginal s3x where the man is on top. If you think about it, it makes sense that would be the safest. Not that God gave us any guide to follow on how to actually have s3x, but missionary is the default for a reason. More like how it was meant to be. To answer the first part of the question yes, it can be fixed when the patient seeks doctor's help in time. To fix it the doctor puts the patient under general anesthesia, opens up the skin through one or more incisions in the penis. The procedure generally doesn’t take more than an hour and most patient go home immediately after the procedure without having to be hospitalized.
